About the Firm

Vallen Consulting Group

Research and strategy translated into governed implementation.

Vallen Consulting Group is an enterprise transformation and program leadership firm. We combine strategy, research, governance, transformation, and implementation in one accountable team, so evidence-led decisions carry through to delivered outcomes.

That combination is the firm's proposition. Research without an implementation path produces reports; implementation without evidence produces motion. We are built to do both, in sequence, under one governance structure.

Engagements are deliverable-based and sized to the decision in front of leadership, with clear ownership, defined milestones, and an operating cadence executives can trust.

The firm serves enterprise organizations in financial services and insurance alongside state and local government, higher education, and public-sector entities. Vallen Group Limited operates as Vallen Consulting Group.

The firm's leadership brings 20+ years of leadership experience in financial-services transformation and program execution — core banking implementations, enterprise PMO and portfolio governance, finance and treasury transformation, and complex regulatory and technology implementation. That experience was earned in prior organizational roles; it is not a claim about the length of the firm's own operating history, and those organizations are not Vallen Consulting Group clients.

Capability Model

One end-to-end model, six connected stages.

Clients engage the firm's integrated capability. Every stage below can be entered independently, but each is designed to hand off cleanly to the next.

  1. 01

    Evidence, Stakeholder and Behavioral Research

Structured inquiry into what stakeholders actually do and decide, using defensible methods, so strategy rests on evidence rather than assumption.

  2. 02

    Strategy, Operating-Model and Decision Design

Translation of findings into a strategy, an operating model, and a decision structure with named owners and explicit trade-offs.

  3. 03

Enterprise Transformation, PMO and Portfolio Governance

Execution structure — PMO design, portfolio governance, delivery controls, and the reporting cadence executives can hold people to.

  4. 04

    AI-Enabled Workflow and Operating-Model Modernization

Practical application of AI inside real workflows, sequenced against accountability, records, and control obligations.

  5. 05

Program Evaluation, Learning, Communications and Adoption

Independent evaluation, benchmarking, learning design, and adoption support that confirm whether the intended outcome was achieved.

  6. 06

    Public-Sector and Regulated-Industry Implementation

Delivery inside procurement, funding, statutory, and regulatory constraints, where documentation and auditability are part of the work.

Leadership

Two complementary disciplines, one firm capability.

The firm's leadership pairs research and evaluation rigor with enterprise delivery and governance experience. Those capabilities are delivered as Vallen Consulting Group's capability, not as separate independent practices.

Beth Vallen, PhD

President and Chief Executive Officer

Evidence, behavioral insight, and evaluation discipline at the front of every engagement.

Beth Vallen leads Vallen Consulting Group as President and Chief Executive Officer, setting the firm's research standards, evaluation methods, and quality expectations.

She is Professor, Marketing & Business Law, at the Villanova School of Business, where her work centers on consumer and stakeholder decision-making, behavioral insight, and public-policy and health communications. She brings that methodological rigor to the firm's evidence-led program design, benchmarking, and evaluation work.

Her contribution to client engagements is the discipline of asking what the evidence actually supports — before strategy is committed, and again after implementation, when leadership needs to know whether the intended outcome was achieved.
